Ingredients:
6 chicken thighs or breasts
2 cups sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Sear chicken in butter until golden brown.
Add mushrooms and garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
Simmer until creamy after adding parmesan cheese.
Put everything into a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the dish is fully cooked and bubbling.
Serve hot and garnish with parsley.
