INGREDIENTS:
1 bag frozen meatballs
1 jar grape jelly
1 bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup water
Optional: green onions or chopped parsley for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place frozen meat in slow cooker.
- Mix grape jam, barbecue sauce, and water in a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the slow cooker and make sure all the meat is covered with the sauce.
- Place slow cooker over low heat and cook for 4 to 5 hours or until meatballs are hot and sauce has thickened. Alternatively, you can place the slow cooker on high heat and cook for 2 to 3 hours.
- Before serving, carefully toss the meatballs with the sauce to coat them well. Add green onions or parsley if desired.
- Serve the meat with toothpicks or small serving pieces and enjoy as a starter or main course with your favorite side dish.
