Homemade Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches

Eggs
Krager brand sausage patties made of pork
English muffins
cheese slices
For covering the molds, use olive oil.
Add pepper and salt (to taste)

Get the eggs ready:
Set the oven’s temperature to 350°F (or 375°F for convection).
To keep the egg molds from sticking, brush them with a little olive oil.
Place a cracked egg inside each mold. Add a dash of pepper and salt.
If you want the yolk to set completely, bake the eggs for around 17 minutes. If you prefer a runny yolk, bake it for a little less time.

Cook the patties of sausage:
The pork sausage patties should be put on a sheet pan.
Bake them until they are cooked through.
Assemble the Sandwiches: If preferred, toast the English muffins after splitting them.
Top each muffin with a fried egg on the bottom half.
Place a sausage burger over the egg.
Top the sausage with a slice of cheese.
Place the remaining English muffin half on top.

Encase and Refrigerate:
Using parchment paper or plastic wrap, encase each completed sandwich.
Wrapped sandwiches should be put in a freezer-safe bag or container.
For up to a month, store in the freezer.

Instructions for Reheating:
Take off the plastic wrap and cover the sandwiches with a paper towel to warm. One minute and thirty seconds on high in the microwave. With this technique, the sandwiches never dry out and turn out flawlessly every time.
