Ingredients:
Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
One cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
One cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
A single cup of bread crumbs
- Two large eggs – 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of milk - Two minced garlic cloves
One teaspoon of Italian seasoning, dry
Two tablespoons of olive oil, half a teaspoon of salt, and one-fourth teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- Grease a baking dish with olive oil and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Put the bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese in a shallow dish.
- Beat the eggs and milk in a another shallow bowl.
- In a third shallow dish, add the flour.
- Shake off extra flour after dipping each chicken breast in it.
- Coat the floured chicken with the bread crumb mixture after dipping it in the egg mixture.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown, 3–4 minutes per side.
- Place the chicken in the baking dish that has been prepared.
- Combine the mozzarella cheese, garlic, and the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the chicken breasts with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a preheated oven, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the chicken is cooked through.
- Enjoy right away after serving!

- For a full supper, serve with garlic mashed potatoes on the side.
- For optimal flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan.
