Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients:
Four skinless and boneless chicken breasts
Two cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
One sleeve of Ritz crackers (about one cup, broken)

Half a cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon powdered garlic
1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
1/4 teaspoon of paprika
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Two tablespoons melted butter

Optional Cream Sauce:
One can (10.5 oz) Soup with cream of chicken
Half a cup of sour cream
One tablespoon of milk

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F, or 190°C. A 9 x 13-inch baking dish should be greased.
Get the coating ready: Put the crushed crackers, milk, and cheddar cheese in different shallow basins. Season the crackers with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Coat Chicken: Press each chicken breast into the cracker mixture after dipping it in milk and covering it with cheddar cheese.
Bake: Put the chicken in the dish that has been prepared and cover it with melted butter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy.
Make Sauce (Selective): In a small saucepan, combine milk, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Warm over medium heat. Top with the chicken.
