Ingredients:
For half an hour, wooden skewers were soaked in water.
Two pounds of skinless, boneless chicken breasts that have been sliced into 1-inch cubes
An additional tablespoon of virgin olive oil
A single teaspoon of paprika
One teaspoon of powdered garlic
- Half a teaspoon of black pepper – One teaspoon of kosher salt
One and a half cups (290 grams) mayonnaise - ⅔ cup sweet chili sauce from Thailand
Two tablespoons of honey and two teaspoons of Sriracha, or more to taste
Instructions:
- Put the chicken cubes, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a big bowl. Toss to ensure even coating.
- Attach four to five chicken cubes to per skewer.
- To make the bang bang sauce, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and Thai sweet chili sauce in a different bowl.
- Coat the chicken skewers with half of the sauce.
- Air fried the chicken for 11 to 12 minutes at 400°F, turning halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Present the skewers beside the bang bang sauce that was set aside for dipping.
