Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells

Ingredients for Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
One pound of sirloin steak, sliced into small pieces
Three tablespoons of butter
Three minced garlic cloves

One teaspoon of fresh thyme, if desired
Half a teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Creamy Parmesan Shell Ingredients:
8 ounces of shell pasta
One tablespoon of butter
One cup of heavy cream
One cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Half a teaspoon of powdered garlic
To taste, add salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley.
Directions:

Prepare pasta: Follow the directions on the package to boil the shell pasta. After draining, set away.
Bites of Seared Steak: Melt the butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper, add steak bits, and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until browned. Add the thyme and garlic, and simmer for 30 seconds. Take out and put aside.

Make Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, heat butter, then add heavy cream, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Stir for 3-4 minutes until thick. Combine & Serve: Toss pasta in the sauce, then put steak bits back in. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
