Chili Garlic Butter Chicken

1kg chicken thighs (as pieces on chicken)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon oil
Coat chicken thighs
Brown at 200 C for 25 minutes
Stir after 15 minutes
Make sauce
- Heat 1 spoons of butter
- Add 1 spoon of minced garlic
- Stir and cook for a few seconds
- Add 1-2 teaspoons of red chili powder
- Stir quickly
- Add half a cup of chili garlic sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Half a cup chopped cilantro (optional)
- Stir for a few seconds
- Add lime juice
- Garnish with bagel seasoning and chopped chives
