INGREDIENTS:
1 pound of minced meat
1 can of spaghetti sauce
8 oz. Cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Half a kilo of cottage cheese (equivalent to one cup)
½ cup butter (1 stick)
1 16 oz package spaghetti
Grated cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil your spaghetti until al dente (hard). Drain it and leave it aside for a while until it is ready to assemble.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and cottage cheese until combined.
Grill your hamburger and once cooked, drain.Mix the hamburger with your spaghetti sauce.
Place slices of butter in a 9×13 pan and pour half of the spaghetti over it.
Take the cream cheese mixture and pour it over the noodles. Spread evenly over noodles.
Pour remaining noodles over cream cheese mixture.Place a few more slices of avocado on the noodles.
Pour spaghetti and meat sauce over noodles.
Everything is ready to bake in 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour desired amount of grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes to melt the cheese.
