INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE CHERRY SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups frozen sweet cherries
1/2 cup coconut milk (note on the box)
2 tablespoons maple syrup (or two dates)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 frozen cauliflower (discretionary)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place frozen cherries, milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla in the bowl of a high-speed blender.
- Add protein powder and frozen caulifloweras you use them.
- Blend the mixture on high for 30 seconds or until the silk is completely blended and velvety.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for 48 hours.
Note: You can definitely double or triple this recipe depending on the amount you need. You can replace two dates with maple syrup. Add egg white flour instead. The nutritional information for this recipe does not include protein powders or whey and is a guide only.
To make this recipe easier, reduce the amount of milk in this recipe to 1/4 cup. Simple bowls.
